SMS stands for “Short Message Service.” It’s the basic text‐messaging system that lets you send short written messages (up to 160 characters) from one phone to another.
Can I “Cold Text” to acquire new leads?
Absolutely not. Fines and penalties are severe for texting someone without their prior consent. Your RevText account will be immediately terminated if caught texting without a compliant “Opt-In”
What happens during registration?
After you sign up, we file forms that show carriers you’re a real business. We guide you step-by-step, so it’s painless.
How do I stay compliant?
Follow three easy rules: (1) Get permission first, (2) give a clear “STOP” option, (3) share helpful, non-spammy content. Our built-in checklist makes it simple.
When can I start sending texts?
Usually 1–2 weeks after signup. That gives carriers time to approve your 10DLC registration. We’ll keep you posted along the way.
Are all features included in every plan?
Absolutely. We don’t hide the good stuff. Pick any plan and enjoy every feature we’ve built.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! Upgrade, downgrade, or pause anytime inside your dashboard. No phone calls needed.
Can I cancel whenever I want?

How many texts does one picture cost?
One MMS picture counts as 3 SMS credits. (Totally worth it for that eye-catching image!)
Can I send voice memos?
Yes! Record a quick audio clip on the web or mobile app and send it just like a regular message.
Do you have a mobile app?
We do – for iOS. Manage campaigns, view replies, and send texts on the go.
Do you support group texting (reply-all)?
We do not. We focus on one-to-one messages so every customer feels special.
